What I run
St. Roch Market: eleven independent vendors and a bar under one roof, in a building trading food since 1875. CR Coffee: New Orleans coffee shops on Magazine Street, Metairie Road, and inside the market. Between them, that's daily settlements, schedules, inventory, and everything else that breaks during service.
Why CoreRail exists
Vendor settlements used to live in Google Sheets reconciled by hand against Square exports. Six hours a week, after closing, and the numbers had to be perfect because vendors get paid on them. I built the first version of Food Hall Manager to end that. It worked, so I kept going: scheduling, checklists, inventory, booking, and the websites out front.
Every feature exists because a real shift needed it. The features that don't earn their keep get removed.
How I work
You talk to me, not an account manager. Data setup is free: send your source of truth in any form and I load it myself. Websites are built by hand, you own them outright, and you get a recorded walkthrough so you can make changes yourself. I build on Square and work directly with their team.
What I don't do
I don't build for operations I can't understand, and I won't tell you CoreRail is the right answer if it isn't. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
