Is CoreRail for your shop?

It was built inside a coffee shop. It fits more than coffee, and it isn't for everyone.

It fits if

  • You have hourly staff working shifts, at one location or several.
  • You run opening and closing routines and want proof they happened.
  • You count things: milk, beans, kegs, cups.
  • You're on Square. Not required, but most of the wiring already exists.

It isn't for you if

Schedules

Build the week by location and publish it. Availability, time off, and swaps happen in the app, not the group text.

Checklists

Opening, mid, and closing lists for every shift at every location, with a photo required on any item you want proof of. CR Coffee runs nine across three shift types.

Shift notes and messaging

Each shift leaves notes the next one reads first. An inbox on every phone, and you can see who has read what.

Inventory and ordering

Counts and par levels per location, reorder points that warn you before you run out, and orders emailed to your suppliers straight from the count.

Recipes and knowledge

The binder the team pulls up at the bar: recipes, procedures, and training docs, updated once and current everywhere.

Booking

Customers book and pay for a room or an event online, and the staff on shift know the moment it happens.

What does it cost?

CoreRail runs $149 to $559 a month by locations and team size, with a 14-day free trial on every tier. Pro with Website adds a site built and run for you, at $799 a month.

Do I subscribe, or do I own it?

CoreRail is a subscription, because it has to stay running, updated, and supported. Anything custom I build outside the app is yours outright: the code, the domain, the content.

My records are a mess. Is that a problem?

No. Messy is normal. Send your schedule, recipes, suppliers, and counts in any form they exist and I load everything myself, free. You get a working system on day one.

I'm not a coffee shop. Does it fit?

Neither is a food hall or a bar, and I run both. If you have hourly staff, opening and closing routines, and things that need counting, it fits. If you're not sure, describe the operation and I'll tell you honestly. A food hall that needs vendor settlements is a different system I build case by case: Food Hall Manager and Manager Portal run St. Roch Market.

How long until my staff are using it?
