Barista Portal gives each location its own workspace — shift checklists, inventory counts, and notes that stay location-specific. Leads count inventory against par levels and see exactly what needs ordering, with supplier contact info and order guides built in. Baristas pull up recipes and procedures on shift. Owners track projects across all three stores from one login.

Location-Specific Checklists

Opening, mid-shift, and closing task lists customized per location. Each item tracks completion by user and date. Progress bars show shift completion. Sections organized by workflow (Bar Setup, Supplies, etc.) with 50+ seeded tasks per location.

Inventory & Par Tracking

Quick-count mode for speed or show-all mode for thoroughness. Products tracked with par levels, unit types (bags, cases, boxes), prices, item numbers, and brands. Below-par alerts flag items that need ordering. Session merging for multiple staff counting together.

Supplier Order Guides

20+ suppliers with contact emails, order instructions, and order deadlines. Products organized by supplier and category. One-tap access to who to call, how to order, and when to place it. Categories span bakery, coffee, supplies, cleaning, and food.

Recipes & Barista Binder

Searchable recipe library organized by category (Coffee, Milk Drinks, Specialty Drinks). Expandable cards with ingredients and step-by-step instructions. Barista Binder sections for Cash Handling, Daily Expectations, and FAQ.

Shift Notes

Date, shift, and location-specific notes with manager attribution. Recent notes display for shift-to-shift handoff continuity. Full-text search across all notes with location and date filtering.

Projects & Task Management

Owner-created projects with priority levels (Low, Medium, High, Urgent). Assign to specific locations or all locations. Status tracking with completion notes. Color-coded by priority in the interface.
